Beauty & The Brain Smoothie


This deliciously creamy and anti-inflammatory smoothie contains all-natural ingredients which will help boost your cognitive function and improve the vitality of your skin.
It is an excellent post-workout snack and/or meal replacement. 
For a 'low-to-almost-no' carbs approach, simply ditch the banana
(you can also ditch the berries if you like to keep it fruit-free).
You can replace the nut milk with spring water, too.


1 cup of nut milk (we used Almond Creamery Classic nut milk)
1 frozen banana
1 handful of frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of macadamia nut butter (or organic peanut butter)
2 scoops of Phyto Pro Vanilla Pea Protein powder

Optional Extras

1 teaspoon of Phyto Pro L-Glutamine powder
(gut-healing, improves health of tendons, joints, muscles)


Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Serves 1 (or 2 if you use small glasses)

Light, Satisfying & Gut-Friendly Salad

This is one of my absolute favorite, go-to salads! 
I love making this salad when I am coming off an intermittent fasting period of 16-18 hours. It's light, but nutritionally dense. This is also a great side dish.

Base Ingredients:
Greens of your choice (I used romaine lettuce)
Rosa tomatoes, cut in half (makes it extra juicy)
Cucumber (cut into tiny blocks - remove skin if not organic)

Top layer:
Red Sauerkraut (you can use any sauerkraut or kimchi)
Sprinkle of nutritional yeast

Raw Tahini
Squeeze of a fresh lemon
Cold-pressed olive oil
Coconut Aminos Sauce
